This package includes a Christmas cookie baking and decorating class on Saturday afternoon and in the evening you are invited to the Feast Of Seven Fishes an Italian American Christmas celebration with dishes of fish and seafood, co-hosted by Browne Trading Company in Portland and Barton Seaver, a globally recognized leader at the intersection of culinary innovation, sustainability and public health. Barton will talk about his new cookbook “The Blue Food Cookbook” written with Andrew Zimmern the Emmy and James Beard award winning chef.
