Camden Harbour Inn and Natalie’s are committed to using the very best materials from a community of local farmers, fishermen, foragers and cheese makers. Most of the ingredients are organically grown or harvested wild and used at the peak of its season. We invite you to visit some of the local farmers and pick your own apples or make your own wine.

Among the special experiences we can arrange for you are:

Beau Chemin Farm, Waldoboro
This preservation farm, with a self-guided farm tour, sells heirloom vegetables and flowers at its farm stand and offers wool from heritage sheep breeds, pick your own heirloom flowers and raspberries, and an opportunity to view an historic barn and antique spinning wheels. Endangered heritage breeds include Soay, Shetland, Leicester Longwool and California Variegated Mutant sheep. An ox and donkey also reside on the farm. Wool sales, processing, dyeing and spinning are year round; draft animal demonstrations and sheep care may be pre-arranged. There is a bird list for use on a woods walk. This is a working family farm.
