From March 5 through March 15, Natalie’s Restaurant transforms into a vibrant Tempo Dulu Pop-Up, serving award-winning Southeast Asian cuisine and cocktails during Maine Restaurant Week.
This special culinary revival features:

The Rijsttafel Experience
Meaning “rice table,” the rijsttafel is a spectacular Indonesian feast developed during the Dutch colonial era. Dozens of vibrant small dishes are served simultaneously with fragrant rice, showcasing sweet, savory, aromatic, and fiery flavors from across the Indonesian archipelago.
It is both a celebration and a culinary adventure — and rarely found in Maine.
